About the Role
Menlo Security is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer for the META region to drive technical strategy, deliver Proof of Value, and act as a trusted advisor to CISOs and Enterprise Architects.

Responsibilities
- Drive the Technical Strategy: Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to map out, execute, and win complex sales cycles across the META region
- Master the Proof of Value (PoV): Architect, Manage, and Deliver flawless PoVs and PoCs that decisively prove Menlo’s superiority
- Be a Trusted CISO Advisor: Conduct deep dive architectural workshops with technical leaders at Tier 1 banks, telecom operators, and government ministries
- Enable the Ecosystem: Educate, inspire, and scale regional Channel Partners, Distributors, and Global Systems Integrators
- Shape the Product: Act as the critical feedback loop between the META market's unique requirements and Menlo’s global Product Management and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a customer facing Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect in the Enterprise Cyber Security space
- Proven track record of winning multi million dollar deals in the META region
- Strong foundational knowledge of web architectures and network security
- Comfortable discussing HTTP/HTTPS protocols, proxy architectures, SSL/TLS decryption, SAML/OIDC authentication, and DLP frameworks
- Deep understanding of the META enterprise landscape, specifically GCC, Levant, and North/South Africa markets
- Professional fluency in English required; bilingual capability Arabic is a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel across the META region as required

- As the Senior Sales Engineer for META, you will be a trusted architectural advisor to CISOs, Enterprise Architects, and Regional Partners.
- You will partner with Regional Sales Managers to displace legacy Secure Web Gateways (SWG), firewalls, and complex VDI environments.
- You will own the technical win, translating complex isolation mechanics, AI governance workflows, and zero trust frameworks into clear business value.

- Proven track record of winning multi million dollar deals in the META region.
- Strong foundational knowledge of web architectures and network security.
- Comfortable discussing HTTP/HTTPS protocols, proxy architectures, SSL/TLS decryption, SAML/OIDC authentication, and DLP frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the META enterprise landscape—specifically GCC, Levant, and North/South Africa markets.
- Ability to articulate the fundamental flaws of traditional 'detect and respond' security and advocate for prevention first isolation approach.
- Curiosity and technical aptitude regarding how browser security intersects with AI governance and data security.
- Professional fluency in English required; bilingual capability Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel across the META region as required.
