About the Role
Effisus is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support business development and technical sales for building envelope solutions in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 8+ years of technical sales experience in waterproofing, façade, or construction materials, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Build strong relationships with waterproofing contractors, aluminium fabricators, façade subcontractors, applicators, and consultants
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Achieve sales targets and business KPIs
- Provide technical guidance on EFFISUS systems and applications
- Recommend tailored solutions based on project requirements and specifications
- Support clients during design, specification, and execution phases
- Deliver technical presentations, mock ups, and product demonstrations
- Conduct on site training sessions for clients and partners
- Act as a trusted advisor on waterproofing and façade challenges
- Maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales within waterproofing systems, façade systems, aluminium systems, or construction materials
- Proven experience in B2B and project based sales
- Strong consultative sales approach
- Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of autonomy, organization, and time management
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
- Candidate must currently be based in Abu Dhabi
