Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in interior fit-out projects.
The role focuses on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and bring in new interior fit-out projects
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 5–8 years experience in interior fit-out sales
- Strong network in construction / fit-out industry
- Proven track record of closing projects
- Good knowledge of pricing, BOQs, and project costing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
