Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities across the UAE and GCC through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
- Identify and engage key decision makers including Founders, CEOs, COOs, CTOs, and Operations Leaders.
- Schedule and qualify meetings with prospective clients that fit the company’s target customer profile.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings, networking events, conferences, and client engagements.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to progress opportunities and maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales activity tracking.
- Support proposal discussions, follow ups, and deal progression activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
