Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal departments.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent multitasking abilities, capable of working under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on timely execution and task closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in day to day operational activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales related documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and MIS using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Track customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and follow ups to ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Technical teams for order processing and project execution.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and professional support.
  • Monitor pending activities and proactively follow up to ensure commitments are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support management with periodic reports, presentations, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient coordination and service excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or in a similar customer facing coordination role.
  • Experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong follow up skills with a closure oriented mindset.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and result driven.
  • Passionate, energetic, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Excellent problem solving and coordination skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
