Connex Intl is hiring a Senior Sales Consultant to build its sales function from the ground up. This player-coach role involves full-cycle sales, pipeline building, and developing sales processes.

Responsibilities
- Own and hit an individual sales quota
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business (full cycle sales)
- Build and manage your own pipeline from scratch

- Maintain CRM accuracy and forecasting
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years of sales management, 5 years of sales experience
- Telecommunications Experience Preferred
- Proven B2B sales success (quota attainment required)
- Strong prospecting and pipeline building skills
- Experience selling services or solutions
- Full cycle sales experience
- CRM proficiency (Hubspot or similar)
- Strong Technical/Computer Skills: proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

About the Role
- We’re hiring our sales leader — a hands on, revenue driving professional who will build our sales function from the ground up.
- This is a player–coach role without a team (to start). You’ll be responsible for generating your own leads, closing business, and creating the sales playbook, with the opportunity to hire and lead a team as we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Own and hit an individual sales quota
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business (full cycle sales)
- Build and manage your own pipeline from scratch
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal execution
- Develop sales processes, messaging, and strategy
