Company Description

  • Jarzeem Realty is a real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, and investment properties, offering property management, facility management, and brokerage services.

Role Description

  • Manage end to end sales process for residential, commercial, and investment properties including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, and closing transactions.
  • Meet with clients to understand requirements, provide tailored property recommendations, and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain an up to date pipeline, prepare proposals, coordinate property viewings, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Build long term relationships, monitor market trends, collaborate with internal teams, and support junior sales staff through mentoring and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales Consulting and real estate brokerage with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Consulting, with ability to analyze client needs and provide data driven recommendations.
  • Relevant experience in residential and commercial real estate in the Gulf region, preferably in Doha, Qatar.
  • Strong negotiation and deal closing skills, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation.
  • Ability to work on site, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred; professional real estate certifications are an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
