About the Role
Meraki Fabrics Trading LLC seeks a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth in Dubai's luxury residential market. You will leverage your network of interior designers, architects, and developers to generate specifications and project opportunities for fabric and interior solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with leading interior designers, architects, and consultants in the luxury residential sector
- Generate specifications and project opportunities for Meraki's fabric and interior solutions
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within high end villa projects
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through project completion
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in a luxury residential or interior related industry
- Strong existing client base and relationships with high end design firms, architects, and consultants in the UAE
- Proven track record of generating specifications and project sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently
- UAE driving licence preferred

Position Overview
- Meraki Fabrics Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and well connected Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth within Dubai's luxury residential market.
- The ideal candidate may come from industries serving luxury residential projects, including luxury fabrics & furnishings, wall coverings, home automation, decorative lighting, glass & glazing solutions, luxury flooring, kitchens & wardrobes, architectural finishes, interior fit out, or premium build
