Senior Sales / Business Development Executive – Facilities Services

Role overview

Relevant experience

• The role prefers at least 3 years of relevant UAE sales or business development experience.
• Experience in AC duct cleaning, water tank cleaning, kitchen hood or exhaust cleaning, pest control, facilities management, or similar services is strongly preferred.
• Experience with facility management companies, property managers, hotels, restaurants, commercial buildings, contractors, or corporate clients is an advantage.

Sales responsibilities

• Generate business through outdoor sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
• Build relationships with commercial and corporate clients across Dubai.
• Promote AC duct cleaning, water tank cleaning, kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning, pest control, facilities management, food safety training, consultancy, and related services.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
• Manage lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, internal coordination, and closure.
• Coordinate site assessments, service requirements, and quotations with internal teams.
• Grow existing accounts through repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, submit reports, and achieve monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• A proven record of achieving sales targets is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Owning a vehicle is an added advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.

Workplace

• The work is conducted in person and includes outdoor sales, client meetings, site visits, and market visits.
