Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts, building strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead sales presentations and negotiations.
- Drive adoption of Vezeeta's digital healthcare solutions.
- Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Track market trends, provide feedback for product improvements, and represent Vezeeta at industry events.
Requirements
- Strong Account Management skills with experience in managing and growing key accounts in B2B or healthcare related environments.
- Customer focused mindset with demonstrated abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Proven Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, pipeline development, and converting opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation capabilities, and stakeholder management.
- Several years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in health tech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related technology sector.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical abilities to interpret sales metrics, market data, and customer insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively on site in Jeddah, collaborate with cross functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard productivity tools; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills highly beneficial.
