Role Description

  • Manage and grow key accounts, build strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, lead sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Drive adoption of Vezeeta's digital healthcare solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Track market trends, provide feedback for product improvements, and represent Vezeeta at industry events.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management skills with experience in B2B or healthcare related environments.
  • Customer focused mindset with demonstrated abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
  • Proven Lead Generation experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Several years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in health tech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret sales metrics and customer insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Ability to work on site in Jeddah and collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard productivity tools; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills highly beneficial.
