Role Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Account Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with a strong hunter mindset and a proven track record of winning new enterprise customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have an established network across the Oil & Gas, Energy, Government, Utilities, Critical Infrastructure, and Large Enterprise sectors in the UAE.
  • The role requires expertise in identifying opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and closing complex technology solutions across Electronic Security, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated Lead Generation capabilities, with experience in identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
  • Experience in B2B sales within IT, cybersecurity, or related technology domains, preferably in solution based or consultative selling.
  • Ability to build trust based relationships, handle negotiations, and drive long term partnerships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to understand client environments and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, target driven environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications or training in sales or cybersecurity are an advantage.
