Job Purpose
Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, environmental, and emergency preparedness programs to ensure a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and hospital standards.
- Coordinate with facilities and engineering teams to control and eliminate hazards.
- Deliver and evaluate safety training and awareness programs.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant safety experience (healthcare experience preferred).
- Safety or quality certifications are an advantage.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Physically able to respond to on‑site safety and emergency situations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month
