KPIs include PTW, electrical safety, PPE, toolbox talk and training, incident reporting, inspection, subcontractor, audit, corrective-action, and emergency preparedness performance.

Stop unsafe work where immediate danger exists and reject unsafe work practices, tools, equipment, or PPE.
Recommend corrective action for safety violations and escalate serious violations to the Project Manager or HSE Manager.
Require compliance with approved safety procedures before work recommences.
