Job Description
Join the engineering department as a Senior Robotics Engineer developing, integrating, testing, and improving robotic and autonomous systems for marine and ground applications.
Own technical tasks across software and hardware and support systems through integration and field testing.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robotic system architecture for autonomous systems such as UGVs and USVs.
- Develop algorithms for autonomous navigation, sensor fusion, perception, planning, localization, and state estimation.
- Integrate control, planning, and decision-making systems for autonomous platforms.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, communications systems, and mission payloads onto autonomous vehicles and vessels.
- Collaborate with internal and third-party multidisciplinary teams.
- Plan and conduct simulated and real-world testing of prototypes, features, and complete robotic systems.
- Support mechanical integration and CAD design of mounts or small components when required.
- Calibrate actuators and sensors mechanically and through software.
