Role Overview
Lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of advanced robotic systems and automation solutions.
Develop robotic solutions for industrial applications including welding, surface preparation, and coating.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement industrial robotic systems.
- Lead robotic hardware and software architecture development.
- Develop motion planning, navigation, and control algorithms.
- Program robots using ROS, C++, Python, and other relevant languages.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, PLCs, machine vision, and AI technologies.
- Optimize autonomous navigation and robotic manipulation systems.
- Conduct simulation, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system specifications.
- Lead prototypes through production deployment.
- Troubleshoot robotic systems and provide technical support.
- Mentor junior robotics engineers and provide technical leadership.
