Senior Risk Manager

Overview

• Pennell Hart are a Dubai based Executive Search firm specialising in Legal, Compliance and Risk mandates across the UAE.
• Our client is a major infrastructure company at the forefront of regional development.
• They are looking to recruit a Senior Risk Manager to join a small team at Group level.
• This is a 12 month initial contract with the view to being made into a permanent hire.
• It would suit a risk professional ready to operate at the enterprise and project level in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
• This role will include;
• Enterprise and strategic risk management across a large-scale infrastructure programme
• Developing and maintaining risk frameworks, registers, and escalation processes
• Providing risk insight and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Driving a proactive risk culture across project and programme teams
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks at all stages of delivery
• The ideal candidates will have the following;
• Proven background in Enterprise, Strategic, and/or Project Risk Management
• Sector experience in Rail, major Infrastructure programmes or other relevant sector experience
• Ability to operate at a senior level with credibility across executive and delivery teams
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the UAE or broader GCC region is advantageous but not essential. Our client will relocate candidates from overseas.
