Job requirements
• Maintain risk registers and support risk identification, assessment, and treatment activities.
• Develop and enhance risk profiles, reporting, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership and the Board.
• Administer and improve GRC systems and risk management processes.
• Conduct control testing and assurance reviews, including remediation tracking and closure.
• Identify control gaps, strengthen control frameworks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage incidents, issues, and remediation actions, ensuring root causes are addressed.
• Support risk maturity and transformation initiatives across the business.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and Audit & Risk Committees.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to embed effective risk management practices.
• Leverage GRC technology and AI tools to improve risk reporting, analysis, and assurance activities.
Job responsibilities
• 4+ years’ experience in risk, compliance, governance, audit, or similar roles, with expertise in risk registers, reporting, control testing, assurance, and remediation activities.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, third-party risk, business resilience, and GRC platforms, gained within large, complex organisations and ideally multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Highly analytical with strong documentation and reporting skills, able to develop dashboards, processes, and governance artefacts while translating complex information into actionable insights.
• Commercially minded and tech-savvy, with demonstrated success leveraging technology and AI to improve risk outcomes, automate manual processes, and deliver results autonomously in complex environments
