About the Role
Sky is seeking a Senior Reward Manager to lead the operational delivery of compensation processes including annual merit increases, bonus plans, and pay gap reporting. The role manages a team of analysts and coordinates with Reward COE teams across 5 countries.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of annual salary review and bonus plan for ~20,000 people in 5 countries
- Oversee cyclical compensation processes such as pay gap reporting, RSU awards, and benchmarking
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver quality reward output
- Support Reward COE colleagues with analysis, benchmarking, and complex projects
- Manage data audit processes to ensure accuracy
- Continuously improve reward practices through internal and external networking

- Track record of delivering reward operations in a complex, multi site environment
- Experience building relationships and influencing at senior management level
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Resilience and flexibility in a fast paced environment

Overview
- Reporting to the Head of Reward Operations, you will oversee operational delivery of compensation processes and manage a team of analysts.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate delivery of annual salary review and annual management bonus plan for ~20,000 people in 5 countries.
- Oversee cyclical compensation processes such as gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting, EU pay transparency, RSU awards, benchmarking.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Support Reward COE colleagues with analysis, benchmarking, and projects.
- Manage data audit processes.
- Continuously improve reward practices.
