Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to improve sales organization efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee sales processes and help the sales team follow best practices and maximize productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and data to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and commissions teams on sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Model and maintain sales territories, direct forecast cadence, and enrich CRM data.
