Senior Research Executive-Observer

Essential Skills

• Experience in quantitative market research, ideally within an agency, consultancy or client-facing environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience designing and reviewing research materials, including questionnaires.
• Proven ability to analyse findings and produce insightful reports and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance research, analysis and day-to-day business activities.

Desirable Skills

• Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting junior team members.
• Knowledge of data analysis software such as SPSS, R or equivalent research tools.
• Experience building and developing client relationships.
• Ability to support new business activity through proposals and pitches.
• Experience managing project budgets and contributing to commercial performance.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and consistently deliver high-quality work.
