Job Summary

Job Responsibilities 1

• Manage and oversee all R&D activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and departmental objectives.
• Support the development of the product innovation strategy, focusing on new categories and enhancements to existing product lines.
• Lead the execution of R&D projects, including new product launches, reformulations, and process optimizations.
• Lead the development and launch of new products.
• Reformulate existing products to meet changing consumer preferences and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct research and development activities to improve product quality, taste, and shelf life.
• Develop and optimize product formulations and processing techniques.
• Ensure products meet all internal and external quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept generation to product launch.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of food science principles, food processing techniques, and quality control.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and food safety standards.
• Strong technical expertise in food product development, particularly dairy and related products.
• Proven track record in successful product launches and process optimizations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for food products.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP
