Agri Ventures FZE is seeking a Senior R&D Formulation Chemist to lead agrochemical and fertilizer formulation development in the UAE. The role involves designing experiments, evaluating stability and efficacy, and scaling formulations to manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of agrochemical and fertilizer formulations
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to scale formulations from lab to manufacturing
- Document experimental results and prepare technical reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Chemistry, or related discipline
- Experience in agrochemicals, fertilizers, or crop protection formulation, ideally in a senior or lead R&D role
- Strong R&D capabilities including formulation design
- Advanced laboratory skills
- Robust analytical skills
- Solid quality control knowledge
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
