This opportunity is for a bid and is not yet a secured role.
The position supports a transformative mixed-use development in Abha, Saudi Arabia, involving residential, commercial, hospitality, leisure, and public-realm components.
The role works within an integrated multidisciplinary team on a large-scale development programme.
Reporting Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tools and forms to collect programme status from stakeholders.
- Manage regular and ad-hoc report production, validation, and distribution.
- Set timelines for report submissions and reviews.
- Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards and escalate risks or issues.
- Define dashboard requirements and align delivery with user needs.
- Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews.
Data and Project Controls
- Use SharePoint, Power BI, PMIS, and data modelling to deliver traceable and reliable insights.
- Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
- Facilitate reviews, respond professionally, and identify process improvements.
- Support proactive identification and management of carbon emissions and reductions during delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent is required.
- Progress toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development are required.
- Proven PMO and project-controls leadership on complex projects is required.
- Advanced competence in Excel, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, and Primavera P6 is required.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying BI reporting solutions is required.
- At least 20 years of experience in construction or engineering projects is required.
- Health, safety, wellbeing, legislation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder relationship capabilities are required.
- Relevant experience on high-value projects or programmes for a project management consultancy business is required.
