- Develop high impact, visually appealing executive presentations (PowerPoint)
- Convert raw data into key messages, trends & insights, and decision focused summaries
- Prepare monthly/weekly management reports with KPI summaries, risk & issue highlights, and variance analysis
- Develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel advanced dashboards
- Build KPI dashboards, progress tracking (SPI, CPI, S curves), and drill down analytics
- Clean, structure, and validate raw data from Primavera P6, Excel, SAP/ACONEX/SharePoint
- Perform data modeling and data integration across sources
- Maintain data accuracy and governance
- Work with Senior Project Manager and Project Controls Team to translate technical data into business insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is a MUST
- Minimum Overall 15+ years of experience in execution of EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in GCC region
- Experience in EPC/Detail Engineering project
- Experience in Gas Processing/NGL Project
- Minimum 5+ years of previous experience working in similar position for international major Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Must have handled mega Oil & Gas FEED/EPC Projects (more than 1 billion US$)

Job Title
- Senior Reporting Engineer
- KBR Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a qualified Senior Reporting Engineer to support an upcoming ADNOC project.
- This role will initially be based in Abu Dhabi, with a planned relocation to an international project site at a later stage.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, and delivering project objectives safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high impact, visually appealing executive presentations (PowerPoint).
- Convert raw data into key messages, trends & insights, and decision focused summaries.
- Apply storytelling techniques (data narrative flow).
- Prepare monthly/weekly management reports.
- Convert detailed project data into KPI summaries, risk & issue highlights, and variance analysis (plan vs actual).
- Ensure clarity, conciseness & audit readiness.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI (preferred) and Excel advanced dashboards.
- Build KPI dashboards, progress tracking (SPI, CPI, S curves), and drill down analytics.
- Ensure real time / near real time visibility.
- Clean, structure, and validate raw data from Primavera P6, Excel, SAP/ACONEX/SharePoint.
- Perform data modeling and data integration across sources.
- Maintain data accuracy and governance.
Requirements
