- Actively source, prospect, and acquire new HNW and UHNW clients across Dubai, the GCC, and emerging markets
- Drive exponential growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and meet defined quarterly/annual revenue and sales targets
- Leverage existing network and participate in exclusive Dubai business and networking events to generate high quality leads
- Understand clients' financial objectives to provide tailored investment solutions, portfolio diversification, and risk profiling strategies
- Ensure all client onboarding, KYC, AML, and investment suitability processes strictly adhere to local regulatory standards (e.g., DFSA or SCA)
- Provide exceptional, white glove service and regular market updates to build deep trust and long term loyalty
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in wealth management or private banking
- Strong, established, and portable network of HNW/UHNW clients
- Sound understanding of cross border wealth regulations and local compliance frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISI, CFA, or SCA accreditation) are highly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills

Role Overview

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in wealth management, private banking
- Client Book: A strong, established, and portable network of HNW / UHNW clients and a track record of successfully managing a multimillion dollar portfolio
- Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of cross border wealth regulations and local compliance frameworks
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISI, CFA, or SCA accreditation) are highly preferred
