About the Role
ARC Group is hiring experienced Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers for its Wealth Advisory division in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The role involves developing, managing, and transitioning HNW and UHNW client relationships onto the ADGM FSRA-licensed platform.

Responsibilities
- Develop, acquire and maintain a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients
- Provide excellent service while developing net new business for the Group
- Transition existing client relationships and portfolios to the ARC platform in line with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
- Manage and deepen relationships with clients across key markets
- Deliver bespoke investment solutions across deposits, structured products, equities, fixed income, alternatives and selected co investment opportunities
- Develop financial plans aligned with clients' long term objectives
- Build and execute a strategic business plan aligned with ARC's growth objectives
- Partner with internal investment, product and compliance teams to deliver best in class advisory solutions
- Stay current on financial markets, product developments, regulatory requirements and global macro conditions
- Apply sound judgement when assessing risk, complying with applicable laws, rules, regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth advisory, an EAM, multi family office or a relevant financial institution
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients
- An established book of professionally qualified investors and the demonstrated ability to transition suitable relationships to a new platform
- Deep knowledge across financial products, investment solutions, services, global markets and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial sharpness and a client first approach
- Strong relationship management, business development and communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, CFA, CISI or local equivalent preferred

Position Overview
