We are seeking a dynamic and skilled private banking professional to join our team at Mabledon Capital Limited.
Job Purpose
To manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients for Mabledon Capital Limited by delivering personalized investment advisory services and wealth management solutions.
The Relationship Manager will be accountable for client suitability, ongoing portfolio monitoring, and maintaining audit‑ready documentation while contributing to the firm’s AUM and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with a designated portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, acting as their primary advisor for investment strategy, asset allocation, and wealth planning.
- Drive new client acquisition through personal networks, referrals, and professional business development activities, while deepening existing relationships through proactive cross‑selling of advisory services.
- Proactively monitor client portfolios for material market events, corporate actions, or changes in risk profile, and initiate timely rebalancing recommendations.
- Keep abreast of market trends, new product offerings and the latest campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product innovation and portfolio profitability.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation, FRM (Financial Risk Manager), or a relevant CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) diploma will be preferred.
- Minimum of
5–7
years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory, with at least
3–5
- years in a client‑facing Relationship Manager role.
- Demonstrable track record in managing client portfolios across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, sukuk, alternatives) and providing non‑discretionary investment advice.
- Exceptional communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
