Relationship Management Division

and are seeking commercially driven professionals capable of managing, retaining, and growing high-value client portfolios.

The Role

  • As a Relationship Manager, you will manage an active portfolio of UAE corporate clients while identifying opportunities to support clients through additional services, compliance solutions, operational improvements, and strategic business support.
  • You will work closely with clients across:
  • Licence renewals
  • Residency renewals
  • Banking support
  • Accounting & tax services
  • Corporate compliance
  • Administrative support solutions
  • Value-added corporate services
  • This is a
  • fast-paced, target-driven commercial environment
  • requiring urgency, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with business owners and decision-makers.

Consultative Relationship Management

This is

not

a “sales for the sake of sales” environment.

Relationship Managers are expected to identify genuine client requirements, compliance exposures, operational risks, structural weaknesses, and growth opportunities within a client’s business and provide suitable

solution-based services

accordingly.

Upselling within Europe Emirates Group is conducted professionally and ethically, with recommendations based on

real business need, operational value, compliance requirements, efficiency improvements, or long-term structural advantage.

The objective is to build long-term trusted client relationships while delivering commercially valuable solutions that genuinely support the client’s business operations and growth.

Experience within corporate services, banking, finance, insurance, telecoms, real estate, SaaS, hospitality, or other client-facing commercial sectors is advantageous.

UAE market experience is beneficial but not essential for strong candidates with proven commercial capability.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This position offers a competitive fixed salary together with a

highly aggressive commission structure

designed to reward strong commercial performance.

Our Relationship Managers operate on approximately

AED 50,000 monthly OTE (On-Target Earnings)

packages, with top performers significantly exceeding this level through consistent execution and portfolio growth.

This is a

where earnings are directly linked to productivity, commercial capability, client management, and revenue generation.Top performers within the division consistently generate monthly earnings substantially above standard market salary levels.
