Role Description

  • The Senior Relationship Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This role is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, nurturing long term relationships, and serving as a primary point of contact for all real estate needs.
  • Daily responsibilities include advising clients on property investments, coordinating property viewings, negotiating offers, and overseeing transactions from initial inquiry to closing.
  • The Senior Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, monitor market trends, and provide strategic insights to clients.
  • The role also involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement and long term account development.
  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and closing techniques within the real estate or related industries.
  • Solid knowledge of real estate markets in Dubai and the UAE, including regulatory requirements and RERA guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse client profiles.
  • Ability to analyze market data, property valuations, and investment opportunities to provide clear recommendations.
  • Experience using CRM tools and basic office software to manage pipelines, documentation, and reporting.
  • Proven track record in a senior client facing or relationship management role, preferably in real estate or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are considered an asset.
