Requirements
- Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement and long term account development
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and closing techniques within real estate or related industries
- Solid knowledge of real estate markets in Dubai and the UAE, including regulatory requirements and RERA guidelines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data, property valuations, and investment opportunities
- Experience using CRM tools and basic office software
- Proven track record in a senior client facing or relationship management role, preferably in real estate or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset

Role Description
- The Senior Relationship Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- This role is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, nurturing long term relationships, and serving as a primary point of contact for all real estate needs.
- Daily responsibilities include advising clients on property investments, coordinating property viewings, negotiating offers, and overseeing transactions from initial inquiry to closing.
- The Senior Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, monitor market trends, and provide strategic insights to clients.
- The role also involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
