Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of international corporate and private clients, acting as the main point of contact
- Deliver corporate secretarial and administration services, including company formations, filings, and governance support across UAE jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance with KYC/onboarding and regulatory requirements, including annual reviews and remediation
- Support revenue growth through client relationship management and identifying upsell opportunities
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and overall portfolio financial management
- Maintain accurate client records, provide reporting to management, and escalate issues as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate services or company secretarial roles
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures and regulations
- Experience in compliance, KYC, and regulatory filings
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or similar
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proactive, solution driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English

Job Description

- We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Relationship Manager.
- Reporting to the Business Unit Head, this full time and permanent position is based in UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of international corporate and private clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Deliver corporate secretarial and administration services, including company formations, filings, and governance support across UAE jurisdictions (ADGM, DIFC, free zones, offshore).
- Ensure compliance with KYC/onboarding and regulatory requirements, including annual reviews and remediation.
- Support revenue growth through client relationship management and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and overall portfolio financial management.
- Maintain accurate client records, provide reporting to management, and escalate issues as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate services or company secretarial roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures and regulations.
- Experience in compliance, KYC, and regulatory filings.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or similar (relevant professional qualification is a plus).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proactive, solution driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English.
