Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage service sales performance within a defined business segment, branch, or group of office locations
- Achieve service revenue and gross profit targets across assigned portfolio
- Act as high level steward of customer relationships, ensuring service contracts, renewals, deficiency estimates, and proposals drive profitable growth
- Serve as trusted partner to sales leadership, Sales Engineers, and assigned manufacturer partners
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in service sales, account management, or estimating
- Demonstrated success achieving revenue and gross profit targets across multiple accounts
- Strong understanding of service contracts, renewals, SLAs, and recurring revenue business models
- Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and service management systems
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze results and make strategic recommendations
- Ability to work independently as a senior level individual contributor
