- Monitor recruitment performance and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and project timelines
- Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in end to end recruitment across technology, digital, business, and corporate functions
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters
- Strong sourcing strategies and candidate engagement skills
- Experience in interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions and provide market intelligence
- Excellent client relationship management skills
