The Role
- We are hiring Senior Recruitment Consultants / 360 Consultants to work in our Dubai office during a period of growth.
You will
- Run a full 360 desk end to end (business development, client management, delivery)
- Work on your chosen market (US, UAE, KSA, or UK)
- Build long term client relationships (not transactional recruitment)
- Own your pipeline, revenue, and earning potential
- Operate with autonomy and accountability
- Support is offered from Directors who have combined 45 years of experience
Who This Role Is For
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (360 / full desk)
- Technology recruitment experience is highly desirable
- Have billed consistently and understand how to generate revenue
- Are self starters – no hand holding, no micromanagement
- Are money motivated and commercially driven
- Can manage clients and candidates professionally
