Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, software and systems engineering candidates
- Own and grow your vertical, permanent or contract, across the GCC
- Consistently hit and exceed individual revenue and placement targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and exceed SLAs
- Use insight and market knowledge to influence clients and candidates
- Collaborate closely with leadership and peers to deliver results and share success
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, ideally in AI, Cyber, Cloud or IT
- Proven ability to place mid to senior talent across complex, high tech verticals
- Confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset
- Tech savvy, self driven, and highly organised
