Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter, based in Dubai.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.

The role also involves building strong talent pipelines, collaborating with department heads, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and managing candidate life cycles
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including using job boards, social media, and networking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines effectively
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or in recruiting for similar roles is a plus
