We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success.

This team owns hiring across Coinbase's G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT, and you'll be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting across your portfolio.

Depending on business needs, you may also support product group hiring, so flexibility across talent markets is key.

You'll partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and contribute to process improvements that help the recruiting team scale.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio, with the flexibility to support both G&A and technical requisitions as business needs shift.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets.
