TWURMC Real Estate Development and Project Management LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic **Senior Real Estate Development Manager** to lead property development initiatives in Doha, Qatar.
This role focuses on overseeing project development, managing investment strategies, and ensuring successful execution of real estate projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Development Strategy: Lead planning and execution of real estate development projects
- Project Oversight: Manage timelines, budgets, and delivery of development projects
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct market studies, financial modeling, and investment evaluations
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with investors, contractors, consultants, and authorities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Qatar real estate laws and approvals
- Portfolio Growth: Identify new development opportunities and expansion strategies
- Team Leadership: Manage project managers, consultants, and development teams
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Senior-level experience in real estate development, project management, or property investment
- Skills: Strong analytical, financial, and leadership capabilities
- Education: Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business, or related field
