Responsibilities
- Handle buyer and seller leads, secure listings, and close transactions across secondary and off plan opportunities
- Support and guide junior agents, assist in onboarding, and share best practices for lead handling, negotiation, and closing
- Attract new experienced and proactive agents to the team and support team performance and activity levels
- Ensure team usage of CRM and follow up systems, maintain deal visibility and reporting, and escalate critical deals when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
- Strong track record in secondary market transactions
- Strong track record in off plan sales
- Experience mentoring or managing agents
- Ability to close deals independently
- Strong understanding of RERA processes, deal structuring, and market pricing
- Existing network or ability to attract agents is a strong advantage
- A driver's license is an advantage

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to take on a senior production and leadership role within the brokerage.
- This position is designed for agents who actively close deals, understand both secondary and off plan markets, and are capable of mentoring and scaling a team.
- The role combines personal deal making with team development, supported by internal systems, lead generation, and operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Production: Handle buyer and seller leads, secure listings, close transactions, work across secondary and off plan opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Support and guide junior agents, assist in onboarding new agents, share best practices for lead handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Team Growth (Optional but Preferred): Attract new experienced & proactive agents, support team performance and activity levels, contribute to overall team revenue growth.
- Operational Alignment: Ensure team usage of CRM and follow up systems, maintain deal visibility and reporting, escalate critical deals when required.

Compensation & Earnings
- Base Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 (depending on experience and track record).
- Commission: 65% – 75% per deal (personal production).
- Override: 5% – 15% on team production (based on performance).
- No cap on earnings.
Additional Incentives
- Team growth incentives based on number of active agents onboarded and team production volume.
