We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Staff to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property listings and client inquiries
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and required documentation
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and management
- Achieve sales and leasing targets
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
- Provide market updates and real estate advice to clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
