Requirements

- Experience in product trials, commercialization, and technical documentation
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

Position Overview
- Based at BanoPuratos UAE, we are seeking a Senior R&D Specialist.
- Reporting to the R&D Manager, responsible for leading product development and improvement based on customer requirements, market trends, and business needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development and improvement of new and existing products.
- Manage product trials and production implementation.
- Prepare product formulations, technical specifications, and Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
- Provide technical support and product training to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure product labeling and documentation comply with regulatory requirements.
- Support and mentor junior R&D team members.
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Manage customer technical inquiries and complaints.
- Support audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor supplier quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Research & Development within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of product development, food safety, quality systems, and food regulations.
- Experience in product trials, product commercialization, and technical documentation.
- Strong technical knowledge of food products and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
