**Team Leadership:**
Manage, mentor, and train junior and intermediate quantity surveyors within the team

**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
**Experience:**
Typically 10 to 15+ years of demonstrable commercial experience in the construction or oil & gas sectors.
**Regional Context:**
For projects located in the Kingdom, deep familiarity with local infrastructure developments (such as NEOM, Riyadh Metro, or giga-projects) and GCC standard contracts is highly prioritized
