• Researches legal records, looks for evidence of previous boundaries, and analyzes the data to determine the location of boundary lines.
• Records the results of surveys, verifies the accuracy of data, and prepares plots, maps, and reports.
• An experienced professional with full understanding of area of specialization.
• Works on problems of diverse scope.

Job Description
- Conduct surveys using electronic distance-measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
- Operate and manage land-information computer systems, including storing data, inquiries, plots, and reports.
- Review survey measurements of distances, directions, angles, elevations, lines, and contours.
- Research legal records and previous boundary evidence to determine boundary lines.
- Record survey results, verify data accuracy, and prepare plots, maps, and reports.
- Work with limited instruction on routine work and general instructions for new assignments.
- Apply an experienced understanding of the area of specialization to problems of diverse scope.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with RTA projects is required.
- Prior RTA approval is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience is required.
Work Location
- The work location model is on-site.
- Newly hired employees must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
