Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Projects

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, quantities, and contractual aspects for a Residential Compound Project.

The candidate will support the project team in budget management, measurement, and financial reporting

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for all project disciplines

Review contractor interim payment certificates and final accounts

Monitor project costs and budgets, and report variances

Evaluate variation orders, claims, and change requests

Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure accurate quantity take-offs

Support procurement and tender evaluation processes

Maintain cost records and financial reports throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project financial controls

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural preferred)

Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management

Strong experience in residential compounds and large-scale developments

Excellent knowledge of measurement standards, contracts, and cost control procedures

Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Excel

Experience working with consultants, developers, and contractors

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
