Responsibilities
- Manage all cost and commercial aspects across high end villa and apartment renovation projects from initial feasibility through final account.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimate project costs, develop cost plans, and provide detailed cost reporting to project stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, evaluate variations, manage subcontractor and supplier quotations, and support contract negotiations.
- Work closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to align costs with design intent and client expectations.
Requirements
- Strong cost management capabilities, including Cost Control and Cost Management
- Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Hands on experience with BOQ preparation, review, and measurement for luxury villas and apartment renovations
- Extensive background as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager in high end residential, interior fit out, or luxury renovation projects
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and variation/claim management in the UAE market
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional membership (e.g., RICS) is an advantage
- Familiarity with Dubai/UAE construction codes, local regulations, and market rates; prior experience in Dubai is highly preferred

Role Description
- Full time, Hybrid role based in Dubai for a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Luxury Villas, Apartments.
- Manage all cost and commercial aspects across high end villa and apartment renovation projects, from initial feasibility through final account.
- Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing BOQs, estimating project costs, developing cost plans, and providing detailed cost reporting.

Qualifications
