Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in interior fit-out and joinery works.
The role covers commercial and residential villa projects in the UAE market.
Compensation
- Monthly pay is AED 8,000 to AED 12,000.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Handle project costing, budgeting, variation orders, and cost control throughout project execution.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents in detail.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, production, and site execution teams.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.
- Monitor material consumption and project profitability.
- Ensure commercial and contractual matters are managed effectively.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong knowledge of joinery works, custom furniture, and wood finishes.
- Experience in commercial and residential villa fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS or costing software.
- Ability to read architectural, interior, and shop drawings.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Six years of interior or fit-out experience in the UAE is required.
- A UAE driver's license is required.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
