AQLEH Engineering Consultant is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves cost estimation, tender preparation, contract administration, and cost management.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of cost estimates, budget forecasts, and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Preparation of tender documents, specifications, and contract conditions
- Conduct rate analysis, benchmarking, and market research for pricing accuracy
- Evaluate tenders, prepare comparison reports, and support in tender negotiations
- Advise the client on procurement strategies, risk allocation, and contract forms
- Manage and monitor project costs against budget and contract provisions
- Review, evaluate, and certify the contractor’s interim payment applications
- Administer contract variations, claims, and change management
- Prepare financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports
- Support dispute resolution, including preparation of supporting documentation
- Provide final account settlement and close out reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years’ QS experience in UAE projects (roads & infrastructure highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and local UAE contract practices
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Professional membership (e.g., MRICS, AIQS, or equivalent) preferred

Pre Contract
