About the Role
Bin Odeh Building Contracting LLC seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years of experience to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and manage contract administration.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents
- Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs and identify cost saving opportunities
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Handle contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Prepare monthly cost/value reconciliation reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in preparing and reviewing BOQ, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Experience in evaluating and comparing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Experience in monitoring project costs and identifying cost saving opportunities
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Experience in contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Ability to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
