About the Role

- New rate analysis, pricing, and commercial negotiations
- Preparation, negotiation, and settlement of final accounts
- Lead and manage a QS team while maintaining communication with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall Quantity Surveying/Commercial experience
- At least 5 years of experience on infrastructure projects in Qatar
- Proven experience in roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects
- Previous experience on Ashghal (PWA) projects is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a QS team
- Must have successfully closed at least one major infrastructure project from commencement to final account
- Valid Qatar ID and Driving license

Experience & Qualifications
