Our Area 14 Highways Maintenance team has a rare opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the team in the management of the works, including management of the main and subcontract accounts, providing commercial and contractual advice, seeking opportunities to deliver increased margin and provide coaching and support for the team members.
Area 14 Maintenance & Response Contract is a Joint Venture between Costain and Jacobs to provide a maintenance and response service for National Highways on the Strategic Road Network in Area 14 which is in the North-East of England.
As part of this service Costain Jacobs undertakes cyclical maintenance, reactive maintenance, incident response, severe weather response and minor capital interventions (scheme works).
