The Opportunity
Join an international construction and cost consultancy in Doha supporting a major infrastructure and built-environment programme.
The position provides post-contract quantity surveying and commercial management for major construction packages.
The role is a senior, hands-on position covering valuations, variations, change management, claims, cost reporting, and final accounts.
The Company
The client is an independent international construction consultancy with more than 60 years of experience supporting major built assets worldwide.
The business operates across more than 70 countries and provides cost management, quantity surveying, commercial and contract management, project management, claims, dispute resolution, and technical advisory services.
The company has maintained a permanent Qatar presence for more than 30 years and has an established Doha operation.
The Programme
The role supports a major multi-billion-riyal capital programme comprising interconnected construction, infrastructure, and specialist packages.
The programme includes buildings, operational facilities, roads, utilities, civil infrastructure, MEP systems, transport infrastructure, ICT, security, and operational technology.
